Cancellations
Management requests as a courtesy to both your doctor and patients that you provide 1 hour notice in the event you are unable to keep your appointment.
Failure to cancel your appointment with at least 1 hours notice, will incur a non-Medicare rebatable fee of $20 for a standard appointment or $40 for a long appointment.
The Practice holds a cancellation list for patients who are unable to access their doctor on the day - the cancellation list is held for that day only - if you still require an appointment the following day you are required to contact the Practice and advise reception staff.
Saturday Consults
All patients are privately billed for face to face and telehealth appointments on Saturdays. An additional fee of $5 is applied to all Saturday consults.
Fees subject to change without prior notice. Fees may vary from the 'appointment type' booked.
WorkCover Consults
Please call the practice to book your initial consultation. WorkCover consultations are charged at a higher rate than Medicare consults. Patients are required to pay on the day for their consults and will be given a receipt to claim back from their employer or insurance. Please note we are unable to accept new patients for WorkCover consultations.
Waiting Times
We trust you understand delays sometimes occur due to circumstances beyond our control and we thank you for your patience. Delays may happen due to emergencies or during peak times where we have an increased demand on our service due to the number of patients who require medical assistance.
Home Visits
Home visits are made at the discretion of the individual Practitioner. Home visits will only be made to those patients who are too ill to attend the Practice or those who have mobility limitations which prevent them form travelling.
Test Results
Due to Government Privacy laws results will not be given over the phone. Details of results are best discussed by direct consultation with your doctor, we request you make an appointment with the doctor who ordered the investigation.
